Why Tensegrity Training?
My mobile private practice started as means to integrate my background in the health and fitness industry from both a personal and professional standpoint; I wanted a way to bring it all together. I find the current healthcare model limits the ability to address the whole person with a focus on insurance, prescriptions, and not enough time for each patient. With my private practice I am able to offer years of experience and study of healing the body in conjunction with training the body to continually improve mobility, fitness ability, and quality of life.
Tensegrity is varying tension in a system that provides its continuous shape and allows function such as the connective tissue of the body known as fascia.
Training is an intentional task such as movement or exercise designed to improve a specific activity or achieve a goal over a period of time.
Tensegrity Training LLC allows me to combine my love of movement and manual therapies. I am passionate to share my experience as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Exercise Physiology and bodywork with children, young adults, adults and the geriatric population.
Serving all ages in the North County San Diego Community
