Mobile Movement Training + Myofascial Release in North County San Diego
Move better. Feel stronger. Stay resilient.
Personalized 1:1 movement training and Myofascial Release to improve mobility, reduce chronic pain patterns, and build durable performance for athletes, active adults, and children.
Who I work with:
Athletes:
Improve mechanics, reduce recurring injuries, and build performance that transfers to sport.
Chronic Pain:
If symptoms keep returning, we address the system behind the pattern—not just the site of pain.
Older Adults:
Restore confidence in movement, balance, and joint function so daily life feels easier.
Services:
Myofascial Release + Movement Integration
Hands-on treatment paired with movement so improvements last beyond the session.
1:1 Movement Training
Mobility, control, and strength training built around your structure and goals.
Performance + Injury Resilience
For athletes who want repeatable mechanics, better force transfer, and fewer setbacks.
How it works:
Step 1: Assess
We look at movement patterns, posture, breathing mechanics, and joint behavior.
Step 2: Treat + Restore
Hands-on work and targeted movement strategies reduce restriction and improve coordination.
Step 3: Build + Maintain
You leave with clear progressions to reinforce results between sessions.
